They were highly recommended to me and researched extensively and I decided to give them a try. My initial hair transplant was with another hair transplant company in Istanbul ( the one with the most google reviews), and my experience was impersonal and quite chaotic with subpar communication. The results of the transplant there were good however the experience as a patient was subpar at best. So I decided to try something different and that is how I came to ESTE NOVE. Overall my experience was fantastic and I am so grateful to everyone who has helped me. The communication through WhatsApp was very thorough and helpful. The pricing transparent. The airport transfer simple. The hotel was 3 star but very clean and the bed comfortable. For clarity English translation is always available and they provide you a translator at the clinic. My Translator was Tanya and she was absolutely brilliant in every way. Thank you Tanya!!. The clinic is very upscale, a nice building one of the best private hospitals in Istanbul. The physician consultation was comprehensive and this is something that you really want because they engage with you about what YOU want to do. The hairline YOU want which is very different from my other experience where they just told me what my hairline would be. I really appreciated that. The procedure was lengthy as is typical and minor discomfort does occur when they numb the scalp but otherwise it was a ver Professional and personalized experience. I thought they did an incredible job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Clearly the better choice between the two of my hair transplant experiences. 😉👍

My contact person was BERFIN. She scheduled my appointment for the … More day and time I requested and she answered all my questions that I had prior to the procedure. I just want to say that having the transplant done was an experience not just a procedure. My translator BARIS was next level by meeting me at the airport and making sure my driver was there to pick me up and take me to the hotel first and then clinic. I had a tight schedule because I was staying only for 10 days and I had other procedures scheduled so they got me to the clinic within a couple of hours of getting picked up from the airport. When I arrived to the clinic, they were already ready, and there was no wait... The procedure was as pain-free as you could hope for and my translator BARIS was there every step of the way if I needed him, but it seemed like most of the staff there spoke very good English already. After my procedure, BARIS met with me in the office and had a meal prepared! Wow! He also gave me my aftercare kit and explained how everything is supposed to be used and gave me a monthly care schedule, antibiotics, shampoos, painkillers, and an Estenove hat and certificate. There was a follow up the next day where they gave me a wash and checked on the progress. Also, for the first week there were daily check ups and then weekly check ups after that. This really was an eye-opener and an absolute experience, which surprised me every step of the way.! I have to let my hair grow now, but I was happy with the amount of hair that was used and the hairline that they allowed me to customize. I will write a follow up in 4 to 5 months.!
