How was the first month of recovery?
The first month post-surgery was mostly about adapting to new routines. The hardest part wasn’t the anesthesia or pain but adjusting to not being able to exercise for a while. Sleeping in an elevated position also took some getting used to, but it was manageable with time.
What support did you receive from the clinic?
The team at Estenove was excellent. They provided all the information I needed for post-op care and were just a call or message away if I had any doubts. Their support really put my mind at ease during the recovery phase.
What changes did you notice by the six-month mark?
At first, there was some shedding of the newly implanted hairs around the one-month mark, which is completely normal. However, by six months, I was very pleased with the results. My hair had not only grown back, but it also looked fuller and healthier.

They were always there when I needed them, providing reassurance and answering any questions I had. Knowing I had their support made the entire process less stressful and more manageable.
How has the transplant changed your daily life?
